Volvo accidentally smashes new car in safety demo →
This pre-series car suffered as the result of a human error in preparation of the crash, Volvo later claimed, and that had a human been driving, he or she would have noticed the system was not operating correctly. He or she probably would have also noticed the giant truck parked up ahead.

Facebook Tries to Make Violations of Terms of Use Into Criminal Violations The Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) is urging a federal judge to dismiss Facebook’s claims that criminal law is violated when its users opt for an add-on service that helps them aggregate their information from a variety of social networking sites.
